General Refund Conditions

By default, Adeveo does not offer refunds for services already rendered unless otherwise stipulated in this Policy.

Refunds are only possible if the Adeveo team has not commenced processing the order and providing services. Once services have commenced, no refund will be granted.

Adeveo understands that each customer’s situation is unique. While satisfaction with our services is not a guaranteed condition for a refund, we are committed to providing the best results possible and will work diligently to tailor our services to meet your expectations.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, the customer must contact Adeveo via email at info@adeveo.io  with the following details:

  • Full name of the customer.
  • Adeveo order number (if applicable).
  • Payment details, including the transaction date, amount, and payment method.
  • A clear and concise explanation of why a refund is being requested.

 

Refund requests due to payment errors must be accompanied by detailed payment information, including the nature of the error and the correct payment details.

Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, Adeveo will review the request, ensuring that it complies with the conditions outlined in this Policy.

If the refund request is eligible and accepted, Adeveo will process the refund within 10 business days from the approval date.

Adeveo reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the conditions stipulated in this Policy.

Amendment of Policy

Adeveo reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the last revision date will be updated at the top of this Policy.
